Ezekiel bread - 80 calories
roma tomato - 35 calories

Dinner
Brown Rice Protein Powder with water and toffee stevia - 110 calories
1/2 cucumber -22.5 calories

Dessert
Frozen strawberries - 50 calories
Chocolate Stevia - 0 calories

Total calories: 383

The partial solar eclipse/New Moon will occur in about 6 hours! Here's to letting go of what doesn't work, embracing what does work, and new beginnings!

  2. I started out doing the standard version of the HCG diet as orginially outlined by Doctor Simeons. However, I got so sick of eating meat that I didn't even want to eat towards the end of Phase 2. So, I decided to try this vegan version and it worked out much better for me. A word of caution...if you do the HCG diet, make sure you follow through and complete Phase 3 and 4 otherwise you will gain all of the weight back!
